Sea food is the worst food for pregnant women. Some sea food contain high mercury which can cause miscarriage. Avoid sea food like salmon, crab, shark, king mackerel, orange rough, marlin, shark, tilefish, swordfish and bigeye tuna.
Avoid consuming aloe vera during pregnancy. Consuming Aloe vera during pregnancy may lead to pelvic hemorrhage and can also cause miscarriage.
Cheese are made from unpasteurized milk which is harmful and can cause miscarriage. Avoid cheese camembe, rocopho cheese, feta cheese, Gorgonzola cheese, and cheese types originating from Mexico.
