Coconut

Give your child a tablespoon of grated coconut with breakfast or let him have 5 to 6 teaspoons of extra virgin coconut oil. Turmeric

Turmeric has antiseptic properties and helps in eliminating a wide range of intestinal worms. Make your kid drink a glass of warm water with one spoon of turmeric every day, for five days continuously. Or you can add turmeric to buttermilk. This will help to destroy intestinal worms.

Carrom Seeds

Pumpkin Seeds
