1. Fennel

Fennel is the great source to cure stomach ache caused by gas discomfort. It contains anti-gas properties in the form of anethole. Anethole stimulates the stomach in secreting digestive gastric juice and helps to reduce inflammation of the stomach.

2. Peppermint

The menthol in Peppermint helps in ease the pain of spicy foods and and cures stomach ache. Peppermint oil is the best natural cure for indigestion, nausea, and irritable bowel syndrome.

3. Papaya

Papaya is a tummy soother – helps in digestion, ease indigestion, and constipation. Papaya cures stomach pain. Papaya contains the enzymes papain and chymopapain, that help break down proteins and soothe the stomach by promoting a healthy acidic environment.

4. Ginger

Ginger contains gingerols and shogaols, which help relax smooth muscles and relieves stomach ache and nausea. Boil 2 cups of water with grated ginger for 5 minutes. Strain it, add honey and consume warm. It is the best home remedy for stomach ache.

5. Asafetida

Asafetida or hing, has antispasmodic and anti flatulent properties. It helps to treat stomach aches caused by gas or indigestion. In 1 glass of warm water, add a pinch of asafetida and drink 2-3 times a day. This home remedy is effective for stomach ache and gas.

6. Rice Water

Rice water or rice soup is the extract of cooked rice. Consume rice water with little honey, it helps in curing stomach aches. Rice water is a demulcent, relieves inflammation by forming a sort of soothing barrier over a membrane.

7. Lemon Water

Lemon water helps in indigestion and stomach ache. It produces  hydrochloric acid, which breaks down our food and help in digestion. Take one glass of warm water, squeeze 1 lemon and consume. It helps to cure stomach ache and hydrates the body.

8. Club Soda

The carbonation in club soda helps you to burp, relieving pressure in your belly. It helps in stomach aches, dyspepsia and constipation. Mix lime with club soda and drink, it helps to wash away the pain.

9. Chamomile Tea

Chamomile helps ease stomach ache. It is an anti-inflammatory, relaxes the muscles of upper digestive track. Prepare chamomile tea with chamomile tea bags or with dried chamomile and consume.

10. Applesauce

Like bananas, apples are a good source of pectin, which helps to reduce the symptoms of diarrhea. If you are dealing with an upset stomach, skip apples in favor of applesauce since the cooked-down apples will be much easier to digest.

11. Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar helps to cure stomach aches caused by gas or indigestion. It has the antibiotic nature that soothes the stomach and improves digestion. In 1 cup of warm water, mix 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon of honey and consume every few till the stomach pain is gone.
