White Bread   

Bread contains the protein gluten. All wheat-based breads are a bad for people who have celiac disease or gluten sensitivity. Even the people who tolerate gluten must also avoid breads as they are unhealthy. They are made with refined wheat, which is low in essential nutrients and leads to rapid spikes in blood sugar.

Sugary Drinks

Avoid added sugar or sugary drinks as these are the worst foods. Large consumption of Sugar, can drive insulin resistance in the body and is linked to non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. It is also associated with various serious diseases, including type 2 diabetes and heart disease, It also leads to fat gain and obesity.

Vegetable Oil

The vegetable oils like soybean oil, corn oil, cottonseed oil and canola oil are very high in omega-6 fatty acids. They are highly sensitive to oxidation and cause increased oxidative stress in the body. They have linked to increased risk of cancer.

Processed Foods

Processed foods contain high content of carbohydrates, added sugars, unhealthy fats, nitrates and sodium. They have very less nutritional value, which can lead to all sorts of bad health outcomes.

Stick Margarine

Stick margarine is a butter which is unhealthy. They contain transfat – a toxic fat that reduce HDL or good cholesterol levels and increase LDL or bad cholesterol levels. It also promotes clotting and damages blood vessels.
