When you are pregnant a lot of questions arise in your mind. what to eat and what to avoid. Here are the list of vegetables to be avoided during pregnancy

Avoid Cabbage in pregnancy as they carry the foodborne illness. It bacteria which cause diseases. The pesticides & fungicides also makes it more prone to fungal & bacterial infections.

Avoid Raw lettuce during 1st trimester of pregnancy because it carries bacteria. It may lead to Listeria and Toxoplasmosis.

Avoid Brijal during pregnancy as it has menses stimulating property, which may lead to abortion. It also cause acidity therefore it is better to avoid eating brinjal during pregnancy

Ginger can reduce nausea and vomiting, but pregnant women should be careful with ginger.Experts say that high dose of ginger could raise the risk of miscarriage.

Tulsi Leaves
Tulsi leaves has high levels of mercury and it is believed to cause contractions. So avoid tulsi or basil leaves during pregnancy.

Dill Leaves
Avoid dill leaves and dill oil concentrate during pregnancy because it is dangerous for fetus and to health. Excess dill seeds can cause menstruation and put the pregnancy at risk. dill seeds and leaves

Bitter Gourd
Though bitter gourd good for health and helps in fetus development. Over eating of biter gourd can cause unpredictable risks.The bitterness in it cause stomach & womb pulsate which can lead to miscarriage and premature birth.

Rose Moss
Rose moss is a type of vegetable and herbal remedy that can found easily. Eating rose moss during pregnancy stimulates uterus stongly, shrinks uterus and cause miscarriage.

Absinthe Wormwood
Absinthe Wormwood is a vegetable that helps in blood circulation & reduce muscle pains. Eating wormwood in pregnancy in 1st trimester can cause contraction of the uterus, bleeding and miscarriage.

Sweet Leaf
Sweet leaf contains papaverine which spasm uterus muscles, leading to diarrhea and miscarriage. so avoid or limit eating sweet leaf to avoid miscarriage.

Horseradish or Moringa
Moringa or Horseradish is rich in many nutrients. But it also contains alpha-sitosterol which can prevent pregnancy. Eating moringa in pregnancy cause smooth muscle and shrinking of uterus which leads to miscarriage.

Flagrant Knotweed
During the 1st trimester of pregnancy flagrant knotweed has to be avoided to avoid blood loss. It contains a substance that can cause uterus pulsate and miscarriage.So avoid flagrant knotweed in pregnancy
